Abstract—This paper highlights the benefits of using simulation methods in the field of Bioinformatics. Common activities in bioinformatics include mapping and analyzing DNA and protein sequences, aligning different DNA and protein sequences to compare them and creating and viewing 3-D models of protein structures. Paper concludes that there is a vast potential of saving time and money and also increase accuracy of prediction by using simulation on live data.
